Notification of change of particulars in driving licences

(1) A licence holder shall notify the Commissioner in writing of any change in
the name, address or identity document specified in the driving licence held
by him within 72 hours after such change.

(2) On receipt of a notice under paragraph (1), the Commissioner shall alter
the relevant particulars in the record maintained under regulation 39.
