ROAD TRAFFIC (DRIVING LICENCES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 12K
Driving during probationary driving period
(1) The holder of a probationary driving licence shall not drive a motor cycle
or motor tricycle unless it has a plate displayed in accordance with the
Thirteenth Schedule.
(2) The holder of a probationary driving licence shall not drive a motor cycle
or motor tricycle with any passenger on it.
