ROAD TRAFFIC (CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF VEHICLES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 81
Passenger accommodation on goods vehicles and special purpose vehicles
Where the driving cab of a goods vehicle or special purpose vehicle is
specifically designed to carry passengers, seating accommodation for the
carriage of not more than 5 passengers may be installed in a manner approved
by the Commissioner.
