ROAD TRAFFIC (CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF VEHICLES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 78
Luggage racks
All luggage racks fitted in a bus and light bus shall be so designed and
constructed that no article placed thereon, if it becomes dislodged whilst the
vehicle is in motion, is likely to fall on the driver or interfere with his
control of the vehicle.
