MERCHANT SHIPPING (INSTRUCTIONS TO SURVEYORS) (PASSENGER SHIPS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 66

Classes of doors required

Where it is clearly shown to be impracticable or unreasonable to adhere
rigidly to the requirements of paragraph 41 as modified by paragraph 60, such
relaxations may be granted by the Principal Surveyor of Ships as may appear
justified having regard to all the circumstances.
