Rules for subdivision

(Sub-paragraph to be substituted for paragraph 12(4)). The provisions of
sub-paragraph (3) shall apply also to ships of whatever length, which are L2
(in feet) certified to carry a total number of passengers not exceeding
___________________ or 280, whichever 1260 L2 (in feet) is the less, of which
the number of berthed passengers shall not exceed ___________________ or 50,
7000 whichever is the less. In ships of 430 feet in length and upwards to
which this sub-paragraph applies, the subdivision abaft the forepeak shall be
governed by the factor unity.
