MERCHANT SHIPPING (INSTRUCTIONS TO SURVEYORS) (PASSENGER SHIPS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 30
Pipes, etc., through bulkheads
Where pipes, electric cables, etc., pass through the main transverse
bulkheads, arrangements shall be made to ensure that the watertightness of the
bulkheads is not impaired. (See paragraph 122 (f)).
