Strength and construction

Construction and Scantlings of Watertight Bulkheads, Decks, Recesses, Trunks,
Tunnels, Inner Skins and Oil Fuel Tanks

All watertight bulkheads, decks, recesses, etc., forming part of the
subdivision arrangements should be of such strength and so constructed as to
be capable of supporting with a proper margin of resistance, the pressure due
to a head of water up to the margin line.
