MERCHANT SHIPPING (COURT OF SURVEY) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 17
Release or detention of vessel and report
As soon as possible after the court has come to its decision the court shall
issue an order for the release or detention (either finally or on condition)
of the vessel, in the form of Form 3 in the First Schedule and the president
shall report to the Governor in the form of Form 4 in the First Schedule.
