ROAD TUNNELS (GOVERNMENT) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 8

Traffic confined to left-hand lanes

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

The following vehicles shall, except when otherwise directed or signalled by
an authorized officer, be driven only in the nearside of the lanes of a
tunnel-

   (a)  a bus;

   (b)  a goods vehicle of a permitted gross vehicle weight exceeding 5.5
        tonnes; (L.N. 196 of 1984)

   (c)  a vehicle requiring permission under regulation 11A(2) or a permit
        under regulation 14; and (49 of 1999 s. 6)

   (d)  a vehicle towing another vehicle.
