ROAD TUNNELS (GOVERNMENT) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 19

Powers of an operator

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

An operator may exercise such powers conferred on the Authority under
regulations 3(1), (1A) and (2), 3A, 4, 5, 11A, 12(3), 13 and 14(1), (1A),

(2) and (3) on such terms and conditions as may be specified by the Authority.
