ROAD TUNNELS (GOVERNMENT) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 13

Fee for removal of vehicles etc. causing obstruction

Where a vehicle or thing causing an obstruction in any tunnel has been removed
under section 15 of the Ordinance, the Authority may require the owner of such
vehicle or thing to pay the removal fee (if any) specified in the Second
Schedule in relation to the tunnel.
