(Enacted 1994) DECLARATION OF CONSTITUENCIES (LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL) ORDER 1994 - SECT 4 (Not adopted as the Laws of the HKSAR) VerDate:01/07/1997 DECLARATION OF CONSTITUENCIES (LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL) ORDER 1994 - SECT 4 Effect of Order VerDate:30/06/1997 (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Order shall have effect in respect of the ordinary election of persons to act as members of the Legislative Council next following the making of this Order, and not earlier. (2) Despite subsection (1), arrangements (including those in respect of the registration of electors and the nomination of candidates) may be made or put in hand for the purpose of the holding of the ordinary election referred to in that subsection.
