THE HONG KONG ASSOCIATION OF BANKS BY-LAWS - BYLAW 8
Notice of Committee meetings
(1) The Secretary shall give to each member of the Committee not less than 2
days notice of Committee meetings, but a meeting may be called at shorter
notice at the request of the Chairman or Vice-Chairman.
(2) A notice under paragraph (1) shall specify the time and place for the
holding of the meeting and the business to be transacted.
