THE HONG KONG ASSOCIATION OF BANKS BY-LAWS - BYLAW 7

Quorum for Committee meetings

(1) Subject to paragraph (2), 8 members of the Committee, 2 of whom shall be
continuing members, shall form a quorum at a meeting of the Committee.

(2) If the business to be transacted at a Committee meeting includes
consideration of the recommendations made by a Disciplinary Committee under
section 21(1) of the Ordinance, 10 members, 2 of whom shall be continuing
members, shall form a quorum at that meeting.
