THE HONG KONG ASSOCIATION OF BANKS BY-LAWS - BYLAW 6

Vacation of office

An elected member shall be deemed to have vacated its office as a member of
the Committee if-

   (a)  it resigns office, by notice in writing to the Secretary;

   (b)  it is absent without permission of the Chairman of the Committee from
        3 consecutive meetings of the Committee of which it has had due
        notice, and the Committee resolves that its office be vacated; or

   (c)  it ceases to belong to the category of members to which it belonged
        when elected as a member of the Committee.
