Quorum for general meetings

(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the quorum for a general meeting shall be 30
members.

(2) The quorum for a general meeting called under by-law 5(2) or 19(2) shall
be 15 members.

(3) If within 30 minutes from the time appointed for the meeting a quorum is
not present the meeting, if convened at the request of members under by-law
22(2), shall be dissolved, but in any other case it shall stand adjourned to
the same day in the next week at the same time or if such day shall be a
public holiday to the next succeeding business day, and if at such adjourned
meeting a quorum is not present the business may be proceeded with by the
members as may then be present.

(4) Where a general meeting is adjourned under paragraph (3), the Secretary
shall give notice of the place of the adjourned meeting to all members not
less than 24 hours before the time for the meeting.
