THE HONG KONG ASSOCIATION OF BANKS BY-LAWS - BYLAW 20

Vacation of office

An elected member of the Consultative Council shall be deemed to have vacated
its office if-

   (a)  it resigns office, by notice in writing to the Secretary;

   (b)  it is absent without permission of the Chairman of the Consultative
        Council from 3 consecutive meetings of that Council of which it has
        had due notice and the Council resolves that its office be vacated; or

   (c)  it ceases to be incorporated or to have its principal place of
        business in the region in respect of which it was elected.
