Term of office of elected members of Consultative Council

PART II

THE CONSULTATIVE COUNCIL

All elected members of the Consultative Council shall be elected at the
Association's annual general meeting and shall retire at the conclusion of the
next annual general meeting after the meeting at which they were elected but,
subject to section 9(1)(b) and (4) of the Ordinance, shall be eligible for
re-election.
