THE HONG KONG ASSOCIATION OF BANKS BY-LAWS - BYLAW 12

Adjournments of meetings of the Committee

(1) A meeting of the Committee may be adjourned from time to time and place to
place, but no business shall be transacted at an adjourned meeting other than
the business left unfinished at the meeting which was adjourned.

(2) It shall not be necessary to give notice of an adjourned meeting unless
the meeting which was adjourned has so directed.
