THE HONG KONG ASSOCIATION OF BANKS BY-LAWS - BYLAW 11

Voting at meetings of the Committee

(1) Subject to section 21(1) of the Ordinance, a question arising at a meeting
of the Committee shall be decided by a majority vote of the members present
and voting.

(2) At a meeting of the Committee each member present shall have one vote, and
in the event of an equality of votes the Chairman of the meeting shall have a
second or casting vote.
