THE HONG KONG ASSOCIATION OF BANKS BY-LAWS - BYLAW 10

Chairman of Committee meetings

(1) The Chairman, or in his absence the Vice-Chairman, shall be chairman at a
meeting of the Committee.

(2) If, 15 minutes after the time appointed for any meeting of the Committee,
neither the Chairman nor the Vice-Chairman is present, the members of the
Committee may elect one of their number to be chairman of the meeting.
