TRADE DESCRIPTIONS (PLACE OF MANUFACTURE)(TEXTILE MADE-UP ARTICLES) NOTICE - SECT 3

Application of Notice

This Notice applies to any textile made-up article—

   (a)  that has been exported, or is intended to be exported, from Hong Kong
        to the Mainland under the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic
        Partnership Arrangement;

   (b)  that is qualified for a zero tariff under the Arrangement; and

   (c)  that is subject to a scheme of export control under the Import 
        and Export Ordinance ( Cap 60).
