PNEUMOCONIOSIS AND MESOTHELIOMA (COMPENSATION) APPEAL RULES - RULE 7
Service of Notice of Appeal
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
The appellant shall serve the respondent with the Notice of Appeal within 14
days of filing the same with the Court, or within such longer period as the
Court may allow. (Enacted 1995)
