PHYSIOTHERAPISTS (REGISTRATION AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE) REGULATION - SECT 12
Application for, and issue of, practising certificates
(1) An application for a practising certificate under section 16 of the
Ordinance shall be in writing.
(2) A practising certificate shall be in such form as may be determined by the
Secretary. (Enacted 1996)
