OPTOMETRISTS (REGISTRATION AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE) REGULATION - SECT 5A

Part II optometrists may be registered as Part I optometrists

(1) Without affecting section 5(a) and (e), the Secretary shall, for the
purposes of section 13(4) of the Ordinance, enter the name of a
Part II optometrist in Part I of the register if that optometrist-

   (a)  holds a qualification referred to in section 4(ca); and

   (b)  has practised for one year or more after having been registered as a
        Part II optometrist, or has other experience that is recognized by the
        Board for the purpose of this section.

(2) In this section, "Part II optometrist" (第II部分視光師) means an
optometrist whose name has been entered in Part II of the register. (L.N. 191
