PART II
REGISTER AND CERTIFICATES
(1) The register shall be in the form specified in Schedule 1.
(2) Without affecting the generality of subsection (1), the register shall be
divided into 4 parts, namely, Part I, Part II, Part III and Part IV. (Enacted
