OPTOMETRISTS (REGISTRATION AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE) REGULATION - SECT 16
Exemptions
Any person of the description mentioned in column 2 of Schedule 4 is exempt
from the section of the Ordinance specified in column 3 of that Schedule
opposite such description. (Enacted 1994)
