MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGISTS (REGISTRATION AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 8
Consideration of an application by Council
On receipt of an application under regulation 7(3)(b), the Council shall, as
soon as practicable, consider it and if satisfied that the applicant is
qualified to be registered under section 12(1)(b) or (c) of the Ordinance
inform the Board accordingly. (Enacted 1990)
