MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGISTS (REGISTRATION AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 18

Submission of complaint or information

(1) Where-

   (a)  a complaint is made to the Secretary in respect of a registered
        medical laboratory technologist; or

   (b)  information is received by the Secretary in respect of an application
        for registration, as to any of the matters referred to in paragraph
        (a), (b), (c), (d) or

   (e)  of section 22(1) of the Ordinance he shall submit the complaint or
        that information to the Chairman of the Committee.

(2) In this Part "complaint" (申訴) includes information received by the
Secretary under subregulation (1)(b) and submitted under that subregulation.
