The area of Hong Kong bounded by grey edging and the territorial waters
appertaining thereto marked on a series of maps of the scale of 1:20000
numbered DBWCZ 1, DBWCZ 2, DBWCZ 3, DBWCZ 4 and DBWCZ 5 described as "Deep Bay
Water Control Zone" signed by the Secretary for Planning, Environment and
Lands on 23 November 1990, and deposited in the Land Registry, Victoria.
