deposits made in accordance with the Waste Disposal Ordinance (Cap 354);

        (b)	in paragraph 3(b) applies to the existing discharges or 
deposits of discharges and deposits from all sources other than discharges 
and deposits made in accordance with the Waste Disposal Ordinance (Cap 
354).
