WATER POLLUTION CONTROL (PORT SHELTER WATER CONTROL ZONE) ORDER - PARAGRAPH 3

Designation of Authority

The Director of Environmental Protection is designated to be the Authority for
the Port Shelter Water Control Zone and as such, subject to section  4 (3) of
the Water Pollution Control Ordinance ( Cap 358), to exercise and perform in
respect of that zone, the functions, powers and duties conferred on the
Authority by the Water Pollution Control Ordinance ( Cap  358). (Enacted 1989)
