WATER POLLUTION CONTROL (JUNK BAY WATER CONTROL ZONE) ORDER - PARAGRAPH 3

Designation of Authority

The Director of Environmental Protection is designated to be the Authority for
the Junk Bay Water Control Zone and as such, subject to section 4(3) of the
Water Pollution Control Ordinance ( Cap 358), to exercise and perform in
respect of that zone, the functions, powers and duties conferred on the
Authority by the Water Pollution Control Ordinance ( Cap  358). (Enacted 1989)
