Status of licence pending decision on renewal

A licence which is the subject of an application for renewal made in
accordance with regulation 8 shall continue in force until the Authority
either grants or refuses the application and in the event of the Authority
refusing the application shall continue in force until the expiry of the time
for appealing under section 29(3) of the Ordinance. If an applicant for
renewal appeals against a refusal by the Authority to grant such renewal, the
licence shall continue in force until the determination of the appeal.
