Procedure for application for renewal of a licence

PART III

LICENCES (L.N. 324 of 1994)

(1) An application for a licence or renewal or variation of a  licence under
the Ordinance shall be made in Form A. (L.N. 375 of 1990)

(2) Every application for renewal of a licence shall be made not earlier than
4 months and not later than 2 months before the date of expiry of the licence.
