WATER POLLUTION CONTROL (GENERAL) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 17A

Authority may obtain information

The Authority may, in the exercise of his powers under section 35 of the
Ordinance, obtain information relating to-

   (a)  any matter in relation to which particulars are required to be
        supplied in Form A;

   (b)  any discharge or deposit, including but not limited to-

        (i)    periods or times during which the discharge or deposit is made;

        (ii)   particulars of any process, plant or equipment involved in
               making the discharge or deposit. (Enacted 1986. L.N. 375 of
