WATER POLLUTION CONTROL (GENERAL) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 11
Notice of objection to the grant of a licence
If a person wishes to object to the grant of a licence, the renewal of a
licence or the variation of a licence, application for which has been the
subject of a statutory public notice, he shall give notice of such objection
to the Authority in writing by registered post within the time specified in
section 19(4) of the Ordinance. (Enacted 1986. L.N. 375 of 1990)
