That part of Hong Kong described in the Schedule is declared to be a water 
control zone for the purposes of the Ordinance, and is to be known as the 
Victoria Harbour (Phase Three) Water Control Zone.

on 13 February 1996 and deposited in the Land Registry, Victoria.
