The area of Hong Kong bounded by grey edging on a series of maps of the
scale of 1:20000 marked WBWCZ 1 and WBWCZ 2 described as "Western Buffer Water
Control Zone" signed by the Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands on
19 May 1993 and deposited in the Land Registry, Victoria. (Enacted 1993)
