ELECTRICITY NETWORKS (STATUTORY EASEMENTS)(RECTIFICATION OF APPROVED SCHEME) ORDER 1991 - PARAGRAPH 3
Rectification of approved scheme
Subject to section 7(3) of the Ordinance, the approved scheme shall have
effect as rectified by the agreement made between the power company and the
Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands and deposited in the Land Office
on 3 July 1991. (Enacted 1991)
