ELECTRICITY NETWORKS (STATUTORY EASEMENTS)(RECTIFICATION OF APPROVED SCHEME) ORDER 1990 - PARAGRAPH 3
Rectification of approved scheme
Subject to section 7(3) of the Ordinance, the approved scheme shall have
effect as rectified by the agreement made between the power company and the
Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands and deposited in the Land Office
on 17 January 1990. (Enacted 1990)
