WASTE DISPOSAL (CHARGES FOR DISPOSAL OF CONSTRUCTION WASTE) REGULATION - SECT 21

Notices given by Director

(1) A notice by the Director under this Regulation may be given or issued-

   (a)  by delivering it personally to the person to whom it is to be given or
        issued; or

   (b)  by sending it by post to that person's address last known to the
        Director.

(2) The notice is also taken to have been given or issued under this
Regulation if-

   (a)  it is sent to that person by facsimile transmission, electronic mail
        or other similar means of communication at that person's facsimile
        number or electronic mail address last known to the Director; and

   (b)  a record, generated by the means of transmission, establishes that the
        notice was so sent.
