WASTE DISPOSAL (CHARGES FOR DISPOSAL OF CONSTRUCTION WASTE) REGULATION - SECT 15
Sorting charge
An account-holder of a billing account shall, in respect of each load of
construction waste delivered by him or on his behalf to a sorting facility for
disposal, pay to the Director a sorting charge calculated in accordance with
Part 2 of Schedule 3.
