Prescribed charges to be paid using billing account
PART 5
PAYMENT OF PRESCRIBED CHARGES
A prescribed charge payable by an account-holder under this Part in respect of
the construction waste delivered by him or on his behalf to a
prescribed facility for disposal must be paid using a billing account
established by that account-holder.
