WASTE DISPOSAL (REFUSE TRANSFER STATION) REGULATION - SECT 18

Offences and penalties

(1) Any person who contravenes section 4 commits an offence and is liable to a
fine at level 6.

(2) Any person who knowingly or recklessly provides, for the purpose of
section 5 (subsection (3)(b) excepted), incorrect or misleading information or
knowingly or recklessly certifies for such purpose as correct anything which
is incorrect commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $200000 and to
imprisonment for 6 months.
