MARINE FISH CULTURE REGULATIONS - REGULATION 4

Period of licences and permits and renewal thereof

(1) Subject to section 16(4)(b) of the Ordinance, a licence or permit shall
expire 12 months after the date on which it is granted or renewed or on such
earlier date as may be specified in the licence or permit.

(2) Application for renewal of a licence or permit shall, except where the
Director otherwise permits in any particular case, be made to the Director not
later than 1 month before the date of the expiry thereof.
