MARINE FISH CULTURE REGULATIONS - REGULATION 11

Offences and penalties

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) Any licensee who contravenes regulation 5(1), or any licensee or permittee
who contravenes regulation 7, commits an offence and is liable to a fine at
level 1, and in the case of a continuing offence to a further daily penalty of
$140.

(2) Any licensee or permittee who contravenes regulation 6(1) or any
permission granted for the purposes of regulation 6(1) commits an offence and,
without prejudice to regulation 6(3), is liable to a fine at level 2.
