HOTEL AND GUESTHOUSE ACCOMMODATION (FEES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 3

Fee payable upon issue or renewal of licence

The fee payable to the Authority upon-

   (a)  the issue of a licence under section 8 of the Ordinance is the
        appropriate fee prescribed in Schedule 1;

   (b)  the renewal of a licence under section 9 of the Ordinance is the
        appropriate fee prescribed in Schedule 2. (L.N. 212 of 2001)
