CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES RULES - RULE 58

Security by secretary

(1) The secretary may be required to give security in such amount as the
committee may determine.

(2) Every such security and the amount thereof shall be subject to the
approval of the Registrar to be signified in writing to the committee.
